This course highlights the best practices for the Work and Resource Management (WRM) screen through the utilization of action menus, filters, preferences and miscellaneous tips in creating an optimal project plan. Demonstration of specific pivot views and custom column sets allow Project Managers to focus on what is most important. Shortcuts and lessons learned in copying and creating the best Work Breakdown Structure template. Understanding advanced functionality makes it easier for PMs to build and manage an effective project plan.
