Managing Projects and Resources
This two-day training provides Planview PPM Pro Project and Resource Managers with the tools and information necessary to successfully support projects and resources in your Planview PPM Pro production environment. This course provides attendees with an overview of how to effectively create and manage projects and resources in your organization.

This one-day training is offered exclusively to Horizons attendees. Advanced Administration and Reporting provides Planview PPM Pro power users and administrators with the advanced instruction to create and work with reports and dashboards in Planview PPM Pro. Attendees will be led through a deep-dive into building reports and dashboards.

Reporting for Capability and Technology Management
This one-day training is offered exclusively to Horizons attendees. CTM Reporting prepares the user on how to get value from the data in the Capability and Technology Management portal by considering some common use cases. The course assumes that the data exists and leverages the FastTrack reports.
Note: Mainly targeted at CTM users, but will also benefit PRM users who would like to understand the impact on their projects.

Administration for Portfolio and Resource Management
This two-day training provides administrators with the tools and information necessary to successfully support the Portfolio and Resource Management production environment successfully, an overview of the PRM configuration components, and how to perform administrative activities.
Administration for Capability and Technology Management
This one-day training teaches administrators the best-practice methods, skills, and techniques for efficient management of the Enterprise One Capability and Technology Management repository. This course is recommended also to prepare individuals for a developer role.
Advanced Managing Projects
This one-day training is offered exclusively to Horizons attendees. This course highlights the best practices for the Work and Resource Management (WRM) screen through the utilization of action menus, filters, preferences and miscellaneous tips in creating an optimal project plan. Demonstration of specific pivot views and custom column sets allow Project Managers to focus on what is most important. Shortcuts and lessons learned in copying and creating the best Work Breakdown Structure template. Understanding advanced functionality makes it easier for PMs to build and manage an effective project plan.
